Answer: Please follow the steps below to
retrieve/or change your password:
To change your password you must first log into our member’s area
and click the "My Account" tab at the top right of your member’s
area screen. Once you are in the “My Account” page you may update
your password by clicking on the "Change Password" link. If you have
lost or forgotten your password you may retrieve it by going to

and inputting your Username (email address) and your password in
order to login.

Data Availability and Use:
Question: What type of data is available?
Answer: Although data availability may
vary per search, our service offers a large volume of different
types of public record information. As a Public Information Broker,
we do not provide any non-publicly available information such as any
credit based data, medical records, driving records, insurance
records, employment history, social security numbers or any other
information that is not made available to the general public.
Question: How can I use this data?
Answer: Our services may NOT be used in
the following ways:
1. To locate people in the interest of developing a news story.
2. For purposes that might cause physical or emotional harm to the
subject of the report.
3. For individuals involved in an adoption.
4. To gain information on well-known/high-profile celebrities or
government officials.
5. To determine a consumer’s eligibility for (a) credit or insurance
for personal, family, or household purposes; or (b) a government
license or benefit.
6. For purposes that are not within your stated normal course of
business.
7. For pre-employment or tenant screening.
8. Due to various inaccuracies in public records, our services
should not be used for skip tracing purposes.
Question: Why do my search results
display outdated or wrong information?
Answer: govarrestrecords.org receives
its information from various sources, including internet sites. We
do not create, verify, or guarantee the data as being accurate for
it is collected from sources that may be slow to update or revise
information collected. We also do not have direct control over the
amount or the accuracy of the information made available through our
data partners. All materials and information available through our
services are provided "as is" and "as available", and without
warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that
the information is always accurate, complete or current; that access
to it will be available all the time, from every place, or that
errors will be corrected.

Answer: govarrestrecords.org is not a
credit reporting agency and we are prohibited by law from releasing
non-public information such as SSN Numbers/Records or Credit Reports
to non licensed entities. Our SSN Search/Verification allows you to
check the validity of the provided number.
Physical Documents:
Question: Do you mail hard copies of my reports?
Answer: No. All search results are
displayed electronically after which you can either print or
download the reports. Your search reports will also be saved in your
“Search History” for 60 days for you to access at your convenience
free of charge.
Question: Do you provide birth certificates?
Answer: govarrestrecords.org does not
provide/send/issue birth certificates. Our Birth Records Search may
include the following information: Full Name, Birth City, Birth
State and Full Date of Birth.
Question: Do you provide marriage certificates?
Answer: govarrestrecords.org does not
provide/send/issue marriage certificates. Our Marriage Records
Search may include the following information: Bride's Name and Age,
Groom's Name and Age, Marriage Date, County & State of Filing and
Filing Number.
Question: Do you provide death certificates?
Answer: govarrestrecords.org does not
provide/send/issue death certificates. Our Death Records Search may
include the following information: Full Name, Date of Birth, Date of
Death and City and Sate of Death.
Question: Do we provide divorce decrees?
Answer: govarrestrecords.org does not
provide/send/issue divorce decrees. Our Divorce Records Search
results may include the following information: Respondent's Name,
Petitioner's Name, Date of Filing, State of Filing and Filing
Number.

Question: How do I use your service?
Answer: If you are having difficulties
in using our service please try the following:
STEP 1: Please go to http://members.govarrestrecords.org/index.php
and using your username and password login to our member’s area. If
you lost or forgot your password you may retrieve it by going to
http://members.govarrestrecords.org/index.php?file=forgotpassword
and inputting your username (email address) and your password in
order to login.
STEP 2: Select the search from the search menu found on the left
side of the page.
STEP 3: Fill in the required information. Please do not type more
than two words in each search box. When you are finished, click the
"Search" button.
STEP 4: View the results by clicking the access links or following
the instructions on the page. Your search results should appear
within a few short seconds after search completion.
If your search yields no results please go back and try removing
some information. For example by removing the “city” field you can
broaden your search.
Question: What does my govarrestrecords.org membership include?
Answer: After you make a purchase, you
will gain access to our member's area. The member's area combines

Question: How do I interpret the criminal search results?
Answer: Our Criminal Report may display
an individual's criminal records or indicate a lack of relevant
results for the specified search criteria.
While our Criminal Report can provide useful information, please use
extreme caution in interpreting the results of any criminal
background search. A positive match does not guarantee the nature or
even existence of an individual's criminal record.
govarrestrecords.org is not responsible for explaining or analyzing
Criminal Search results. For assistance in interpreting criminal
records and other official documents, please contact a competent
legal professional.

Question: In which U.S. states can I search criminal records?
Answer: Some states do not permit access
to certain types of criminal records, or may restrict the types of
information that can be retrieved by a criminal search. As a result,
not all searches will return reports or records. Please refer to our

Answer: govarrestrecords.org is not a

Question: Will I receive a purchase confirmation email?
Answer: Yes. You will receive two
emails. One email will be from govarrestrecords.org which will
contain your login information and another email from Clickbank.com,
our authorized payment processor which will contain your purchase
details.
Question: What is my receipt/order number?
Answer: Clickbank.com is a secure and
reliable company which processes all of our payments. Each time you
submit your payment to Clickbank.com you will receive an email from
them containing your receipt/order number. You can retrieve your
receipt/order number by simply referring back to the email from
Clickbank.com or by going to the "My Account" page in the member's
area. The receipt/order number will be displayed in the "My Orders"
section.
Question: Will I be re-billed?
Answer: govarrestrecords.org does not
support the practice of automated re-billing. If you chose to
upgrade to Inteligator.com you will have a 3-day trial for $ 4.95. If
you decide to cancel you will only be charged $ 4.95. Otherwise you
will be charged a fee per month until you cancel, which you can do
at any time. To cancel your first reoccurring charge you must
contact InteliGator.com (cancellations@inteligator.com) within the 3

Question: Why must I pay more to view full result details on
certain searches?
Answer: Search details not found in the
govarrestrecords.org database may be available within the
Inteligator.com member's area. To view full search details you will
need to upgrade to Inteligator.com Premium Service. You will have a
3-day trial for $ 4.95. If you decide to cancel you will only be
charged $ 4.95. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee per month until
you cancel, which you can do at any time. To cancel your first

Privacy:
Question: What type of information do you collect?
Answer: Personal Information
We collect personal information from you when you: (1) register on
the site; (2) subscribe to one of our mailing lists; (3) contact us;
and (4) order products and services. The information we collect
includes your name, address, email address and telephone number. We
also store your searches for 60 days, after which time we delete
them. If you make a purchase, our service provider, ClickBank, will
collect your payment information. ClickBank does not share that
information with us.
Non-Personal Information
As part of the standard operation of the Site, we may collect

to your browser type, operating system, IP address and the domain

Question: Will the person be notified when I search for them?

confidential. No one is notified that you are conducting searches

No Results Found:
Question: Why does the data obtained from the Preliminary Search
sometimes vary from the data obtained in the member's area?
Answer: The preliminary search accesses
people databases simply to verify that the person exists in the
United States. This information is provided as reference material
only. Search results obtained from the Preliminary Search may not
match the search results obtained in the member's area based on the
same search parameters.
Question: Why can't I find any information?
Answer: If you are having trouble
finding someone, be sure you check all possible searches. Use the
People Search, Phone Number Search, Birth Records Search or any of
the other searches available within our member's area. For
